The Skunk Ape Research Headquarters is a research center in Ochopee, Florida. Aptly located in the ?heart? of the everglades, this research center is designed to share information and learn more about the Skunk Ape.

Although, the existence of the Skunk Ape is still contested by some, brothers Jack and Dave Shealy established the Skunk Ape Research Center to tell more about this alleged species. Apparently, skunk apes are ape-like creatures that live in the everglades. They have a very foul smell and stands around six to seven feet tall. They also weigh around 350 to 450 pounds, making them quite giants. There are reports of sightings of these creatures, although experts haven?t really gone around to finding them.
