The St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is a state park in Port St. Joe, Florida. It is best known for being home to miles of magnificent white sugar sand beach, rated as one of the best in the United States.

Originally a Native American village that was later transformed to a US Army training facility during the World War II, the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park now boasts of numerous outdoor activities encouraged at the site. You can enjoy the beach through swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and picnicking. Visitors are also allowed to go boating, camping, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. There are also eight cabins available by the bay side for those who want to stay over for the night.
