The Tarpon Springs Cultural Center is the focal point of Tarpon City?s ?City of Cultural Treasures? program. Housed in the old city hall, this center is home to a variety of cultural activities including art exhibits, sculpture displays, live shows, and even film showings all year round.

Exhibits in the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center reflect the best elements of the history and culture of Tarpon Springs and the surrounding area. Reflecting the myriad of cultures present in the city including the large influence of its Greek citizens, art displayed in the cultural center is expressive and beautiful.

The building the Tarpon Springs Cultural Center was the first city hall of Tarpon Springs, designed by the renowned architect Ernest Ivey Cook. After city hall was moved to a bigger location at the Tarpon Springs High School building, the plan to turn the building into a cultural center was created.
