Treasures of Madison County museum is a cultural heritage museum organization focused of preserving artifacts on Madison County residents and milestones. It is a regional history center operated by Treasure of Madison Count Inc., a non-profit aimed at educating the citizens and visitors of Madison County about the rich history of the area.

Started in 1995, Treasures in Madison County started as the search for a home of mint condition American naval officer uniforms. Because of the lack of appropriate display and storage space they donated the artifacts to nearby Quitman Culture Center. However, work on creating a museum had begun in earnest.

Other than operating the museum Treasures of Madison County also offers and organizes events and tours for those interested in the history of Madison County.
