Veterans Memorial Wall is an outdoor memorial and is named as the largest of its kind. It’s also the only wall that honors veterans from all service branches, from the Army to the Merchant Marines. Veterans Memorial Wall is made of 65 foot-long black granite and engraved on it are thousands of names of the servicemen and women from World War I through Operation Desert Storm and the current war on terrorism. A torch stands in front of the wall, signifying the phrase “proud remembrance and humble tribute".

The Veterans Memorial Wall the site of the city's Memorial Day ceremony. This event honors all servicewoman and serviceman who lost their lives in the prior year. In each ceremony, names of veterans are be added to the wall.

Every time friends and loved ones of servicemen or plain individuals visit the wall, they can find themselves in the middle of a spacious park constructed with such beauty and ardor.
