Mountain Biking in Sedona

Suggestions for intermediate mountain bike trails in the Sedona area? Also, what are some good bike shops in the area? I'm looking to rent a bike, maybe find a group ride or do a tour and need to know where to go.

Hit up the Bike $ Bean 928-284-0210, www.bike-bean.com. Cool guys and nice bikes. Tell then Daniel from the Hilton sent you. You should be good with all the trails of the Bell Rock Pathways. You can ride for days.
