I heard a lot of people were going but never heard much about the movie itself. My roommate went and the A/C died in her theater room. She said it was hot, miserable and long. I also think she ended up falling asleep, so needless to say she couldn't tell me much about the plot!
I saw it last weekend with my wife. I'm not a big fan of Harry Potter anyways (she is), but we both agreed it was pretty boring and a LOT less eventful than the previous ones.

I was thinking of having a date night with my husband and going to see it in theaters, but I'll wait to hear more reviews, if it is that uneventful I will wait for video, but I'll still watch it at some point.
When are they gonna quit making the films? The actors are getting a little too mature to keep playing school kids.

We went to see it yesterday. I was glad we did the cheaper matinee, as it was disappointing. Probably still better in the theater than waiting for the DVD, the special effects they did have were great. The problem was the long boring periods of walking or sitting around, and personal "relationship" interaction between characters that did nothing for the plot. I was surprised to see that the theater was less than half full on a Sunday afternoon.
