Scarification. It's hard to see, but on second glance it's plain as day. I dig it. If I had known people would be lifting my shirt up to see my tatts in public (STRANGERS do this!!), I would have only scarification.

It's definitely not for the faint at heart, but it looks great once healed. I mean, as long as keloids don't form. Also must keep these cleaner than a fresh tattoo. Scarification or branding both leave, typically, large open wounds.

When you are NOT at work, check out http://www.bmezine.com for all kinds of photos, videos, and stories about body modification. From Ear piercing to the extreme.... again, NOT SAFE FOR WORK or children, really.

More or less. That's how I know it.

Damn, I must really be getting old. I can see a nice little sexy tattoo on someone, but what is next, to look like you've had a fight with a chainsaw and lost?

I assure you my scarification looks nothing like a chainsaw got ahold of me.

I am sure some people's scarification looks horrible. You get what you pay for. I would NEVER let an inexperienced person pierce, tatt, brand, scar, or modify me in any way. I believe we should have licenses in place for this kind of profession, personally. I think it would be hard to regulate, though. All of my artists have degrees in anatomy and physiology. I will not let just anyone touch me.

Here is an example of two people who didn't use professionals and two people who did. The differences are vast.

This is why crack heads shouldn't try body modification.
