Frisbee Golf

Does anyone else here play? I've played Pease,is there anywhere else to go?

The guys I play with head out to San Marcos all the time, but I need somewhere local, and preferably close to a bus stop.

I use to play all the time. If you like to play you have to go try this place
Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park - Austin, TX

If you are good and can drive try
Old Settlers' Park in Round Rock, TX - Disc Golf Course Review

The last time I played there it had par 5-6 holes.

There use to be a short course at
bartholomew park austin tx - Google Maps

There is also one in Georgetown, but I've never played there.

I have never played but always wanted to. Are these courses free to play or do you have to pay ? Just curious.

They are FREE!!!
That's what I liked about it. But don"t think you can't wait money. Back 15 years ago when I played the discs weren't as good and they were only 7 bucks. I think the last one I bought was around double that. And you CAN loose them!

I still have mine some where. If you all want to get together one Sat and play I'd show up.

I use to be in the negatives at Searight and Pease. But again, that was a long time ago and before I tore my shoulder up. Don't know how bad I'd be today.

Zilker park is good too. It has 2, 9 basket courses. I play Rivery Bend in georgetown on occasion. That's an awesome course. I'd be down to meet p for some disc golfin.

There is a course near Circle C in SW Austin: Circle C Metro Park @ Slaughter Creek in Austin, TX - Disc Golf Course Review It's a nice course and not as crowded as some of the others.
