Living in Burnet, Texas

Anyone live or ever lived in Burnet/Lake Buchanan.

Thinking about moving to that area and would like to hear feedback about local politics, Government, public services and other items of interest living there.

haven't lived there but have friends there, I personally love the area and they do to

I love it. Growing up my parent's kept a lake house on Buchanan. My favorite child hood memories involve time spent up there.

Be careful, I think I developed my aquaphobia form almost drowning a few dozen times.
