New Years Eve Plans - Austin, Texas

What's going on around town on New Year's Eve? I know Cake is at Austin Music Hall and Black Joe Lewis is playing La Zona Rosa. I saw Black Joe Lewis last year's NYE @ Stubb's BBQ - it was a really good show. If you haven't seen him yet you should!

Anyone know of some other shows they can recommend?

I know Speakeasy downtown has a great party. Matchmaker is playing in the main music lounge and great DJ's on the terrace. Its crazy on New Years!

All of Downtown is crazy for New Year's. I was there last year and it was something to be seen! If you have a chance,and a tolerance for very crowded places, do it!
