Restaurant where you make your own meal?

When I lived in Houston there was a new kind of restaurant popping up around town. I never went, but I wish I had. These places let you make your own meals. I guess as a group similar to a Hibachi Grill? I am not sure.

Has anyone been to one of these and does Austin have any? Do you know the names of any in the area?

Thanks guys! I really want to try one of these places.

I found these two places, anyone know of any others?

The Boiling Pot
Mongolian Grille Downtown

I've been to the boiling pot and I was not impressed. Small, tasteless portions- not worth the money at all.

Do you know any other restaurants like these?

I've googled until I was blue in the face. I think I need some word of mouth here. :]

It was. Off of 183 at Burnet Rd. It's now Texas Rib Kings.
