Traffic this weekend - Austin, Texas

Pretty sure I was stuck in traffic on 35 for a lot longer than usual this weekend. What exactly were they constructing? They had the whole interstate shut down and were re-routing us to the service road.

They were working on the flyovers for the Ben White/35 interchange. They had it all over the news beforehand. Funny thing is they were saying the delays were only 15 minutes

They say they are doing again in 2 weeks

It was backed up pretty far, I had to get out and the interstate was packed.
