If you are looking for a quality tobacconist, I would suggest Heroes & Legacies up in the Arboretum behind the book shop. It's upstairs. I am pretty happy with their prices, and they consistently have excellent cigar events and a private smoking room. Also carries a decent line of pipe tobaccos.
On the same thought as a quality tobacconist, PipeWorld is great. Back when I used to smoke heavy, they carried Players unfiltered, and a couple other brands that where superb. Also their walk in humidor is well stocked, and last I was there they developed a smoking room in the back.
They have a members only smoking room with big screen TV and BYOB. Quite often they also will have events where they have a special deal on a certain cigar and it includes hanging out in the smoking room along with food and beverages. $10 for 3 cigars, pizza, and plenty of beer was a great deal this past week!
