I'm pretty sure I never want to go 120 mph in an XJ.

Long weekend is going to be good on the cars

Xj- Just bought it last weekend, Did a little tune up- Oil, Plugs, Filters, Fixed some rust

Exploder- Bought an aerostar to get a new engine from(hydro locked the first one then realized They arent exactly the best trucks for wheeling haha

Hopefully I can borrow a friends flatbed to take it to my uncles shop so i can work on the explorer so i can sell it for Xj parts! Doing engine swaps in a steep drive way is a challenge.

Just remember that 1995-01 Exploder rear ends are damn near plug 'n' play under 1987-96 TJ Wranglers (same width, stronger 8.8" gears, disc brakes and same wheel bolt pattern).

Ran it out of gas. The gauge has been goofy for awhile, & I thought it was off but consistent. Oops. :brownbag

Lets see, what did I do today...

Finished hooking up the new engine

Put the whole front clip back on

Put the hood back on

polished the bumpers, grill, head light covers

cleaned out the truck bed

few more little things.

I might make a thread on the new engine too.
