Any recommendations for a fairly fancy restaurant?
Not really suit and tie, but at least Shirt and slacks style place. Maybe something that has multiple course meals.

Juban's, Ruffino's, and Doe's Eat Place are a few.

Brunet's Cajun Restaurant. It's off of Florida and Flannery, kinda a little hole in the wall but real good Cajun cooking, fair prices and fair quantity of food served.

Never again. You pay out the ass, have to cook your own food, and leave there hungry. Its a novelty thing, I paid for the novelty once and I never will again.

+1 Great food and great service. More "down home" than fancy but I tend to prefer places like that.

Texas de Brazil has good food and if you leave there hungry, its your fault!! But it is kinda expensive.

Its expensive for the final bill, but its actually a good "value" if you really look at it. I know when I go there I probably eat 30-40 worth of filet alone, much less all the sirloin, lamb, etc.

If I am going to eat Mexican I do it at Casa Maria. Best salsa in the world and they don't go overboard on the cumin. Mike Anderson's is the place for steak and you will hurt yourself. The best dry rub smoked ribs in to state are at my house.
