Is Boulder a pretty progressive city, or just a bunch of hipster posers?

Based on my limited experience, even if there's only hipster posers, eventually the progressive will kick in.

Up here, hipster posers with lots of money drive urban renewal and help make Montreal a pretty progressive place to live.
