It appears Olivera Street is destined to be a dirt lot. The land owners doubled the rent for the small shops, and last time I went there, most were closed. The only thing left are the bums who won't let you get by without hustling you for a buck.

just wear some dust goggles and LEAN into it. I HATE that wind and it's cold too, who brought that in from Alaska?
