I'm working on a Central Valley category, but have received opposition to that as well. Since one of my best friends works at the PD there, I thought Central Valley would work for Visalia, Fresno, Bakersfield, Modesto, Stocton, and all the towns up to Frisco. Could you folks recommend a central point for me?

I would also include Sacramento in the central Valley area. Everything else would be Northern CA. Some people even go as far as calling us Far Northern CA, if you live Redding north. I do believe you are right on on the area you have already mentioned.

Posting in the Fresno section is a little farfetched for some of us. There's a lot of real estate between Modesto and Fresno!
