Hostel in VIsalia, CA?

I've been unable to locate a hostel or similar discounted place to stay near Visalia, CA for access to Sequoia National Park. Anyone know a cheap place to stay in the area?

I've stayed at the KOA in Visalia. Rented a tent spot and slept in the covered bed of my truck. I think it's $25-$30 a night. Don't think they have cabins but they do have showers and laundry.
