Anyone know off hand what the laws are regarding extra driving lights in California is? I am too lazy to google. I am going to put some 4x6 55 watts on my Jeep because I can't see a thing at night, especially when it's raining.

What model Jeep? If you have a CJ, YJ, TJ get some e-code H4 housings, a reasonable wattage bulb and a wiring harness.
