Cheapest place in BC or has free shipping on a ... - Canada

I want to buy a Mile marker winch for my truck.
I hear of these cheap prices, but locally would have to pay about triple that much.
Is there a place in BC that sells them for a good deal, or a place I can order from that does not charge an insane shipping fee.

With the strength of the Canadian dollar now it should off set the cost of shipping from the U.S.A. I have purchased from the States a few times and found the cost of shipping was not that bad. Depends on who you are buying from, you can pretty much ask them to ship via UPS or Fed-X or even by regular mail. Most places deal with all of them anyway.

Anything personal I have shipped up from the states comes Fedex collect to our company account. I pay them back when the bill comes in.

We have a big discount with Fedex and there's no customs clearance surprises.

I was quoted $164 for shipping alone.
So much cheaper though, its still worth it.
