The rapids don't look like much in pictures, but once you get close to them you know that's all of the Niagara Falls and the mighty Ottawa River mixed into the picture rushing by your feet. It is by far one of the nicest parks I've been to on the island.

Highly recommended!

We had some strong winds on Lac St. Louis yesterday. There were a few inexperiences goofs in kayaks and little sailboats who thought it would be fun and had to be pulled out of the water.

It's not too often we get waves like this.
