Liar! Liar! Pants on Fire!

Should UNCC Campus Police woman Kim Church be allowed to testify at a trial for which she already lied under oath during the preliminary proceedings? Should she even be allowed to stay on the force?

Don't know what I'm talkin about?

Try This:

There's a LOT out there about this situation. Just search the pwoman's name.

The supposed DUI (the girl in question wasn't driving, just drunk and under the influence of rohypnol in a parked car) took place in 2009, and the rape kit test results "disappeared" until last week. The trial is off to a bad start with a bad cop set to give testimony.

Would you want someone with this kind of track record to testify at YOUR trial? Should she even be allowed to stay on the force? If the officer weren't a campus cop but a policeman in YOUR district, what would you recommend?
