There were more public events this past weekend, Aug. 26-28, than I can ever remember there being in Greater Cincinnati.
Arts Alive in Lawrenceburg
Brew Ha Ha along the riverfront, with Caroline Rhea
Gravelrama in Hooven
Peter Frampton at PNC
St. Ignatius Festival in Monfort Heights
Swinefest with Blessid Union of Souls in Owensville
Swiss Wine Festival in Vevay
Taste of Blue Ash with Pat Benatar and REO Speedwagon
Twilight convention downtown, with Peter Facinelli
plus the nightly events at Fountain Square
Other cities have numerous events every weekend like these. I am very glad that there were so many to choose from in so many different places. But I wish it were this way all the time, which is how it should be!
