Growing up in Pueblo, I don't think I've found good green chile here in Springs, But I do have other fav's.

for BBQ Bird Dog Even if you don't like their meat, they have the best sauce hands down, especially their wasabi sauce.

Sushi- Fujiyama's

Breakfast- Omelet Parlor or Sheldon's

Best quick burritos- Monica's Tacos

Best quick lengua- Taco express

Best pub fare- Phantom Canyon

I used to love eating breakfast at the Olive Branch down town. If you want a good burger get the southside burger at South Side Johnny's.

I've gotta second this. It's not just that they're good, but they're consistently good. I hate going somewhere one time when it's great and then going back and find out they've changed something.

I would recommend The Warehouse downtown as well. Great stuff!
