I'll be moving there a year from next month, but I can afford to buy now if it lives up to the hype.

They are asking $12k, my offer will depend on how things shape up during the visit.

That is a pretty cool area. The Elk herd is usually around that area. It has been quite awhile since I lived there but I visit often.
