Storm Mountain has some pretty good obstacles for mild rigs and the scenery is friggin incredible:

(and this is my pic )

Crystal Mountain has some good wheeling too, and some good views from the top...Kelly Flats is a good challenge for any rig. Though I don't travel far from home to go wheeling other than Moab, so I'm sure there's some better ones that I would have to drive for.

Spring Creek is a cool trail but research the path because it splits off a lot and only one way will get you out the other side.

Metberry gultch

the camping is un beatable but it is getting popular so get there early and it's not an extreme jeep trail so any 4x4 can get in there.

Stunning. Will have to get up there one of these days. Haven't been on many trails myself, but Kelly Flats was very fun and challenging.

I think my favorite so far has been El Dorado (connects with Caribou). The scenery was fantastic, and those tight ledges on the mountain really crank up the pucker-factor.
