Vail Ski resorts

Looking to ski Vail and I am looking for something within Walking distance to Vail Village and the lifts\slopes. And I am from Texas so walking distance is not very far. Any suggestions?

Depends on your pocketbook. Close in tend to be pricey an alternative is to use the bus system to get around and you are never far from a stop. Just look on the Vail web site and most all lodgings are listed with customer reviews. For a longer stay a condo is the way to go.
