Best BBQ in Columbia Area

Anyone want to weigh in on the best BBQ in Columbia??

My current favorite is a place called Farm Boys. It is located just north of Columbia in Chapin. They feature mustard and vinegar based BBQ with all the trimmings.

Marice's is also very good if you can tolerate your BBQ mixed with an eclectic dose of old south and religion.

Lil Pigs is good.

They have 2 locations in Columbia. It is buffet. They have all 3 kinds of BBQ plus plenty of vegetables and the price is good too.

For quick and easy and multiple locations - Maurices. Not sure what happened but when he took down the flag and put away the tables of slavery books he jacked up his prices. I'm from Miami so the Civil war to me was a crappy week in Junior High history class so I got a kick out of the supreme level of ignorance of the whole thing - but it didnt bother me a bit. Your opinion may vary. Still have to check out the paintings of him in a white suit on a white horse - not sure if he thinks he is Col. Sanders or some God like version of a Confederate general...

Hudsons is also good out in Irmo.
