id say the best is eli cannons on main street in Middletown,
after that plan B has a very nice selection of micro brews on tap.
if your looking in Hartford area.

New Haven is very quickly becoming a craft brew mecca.

Prime 16 has been around for a while. It has 20 taps of all craft beer and a decent bottle selection. Amazing burgers as well.

The owners of Ginger Man are opening a bar down the street from Prime 16 where the Lansdowne was. Likely going to have a similar selection.

Word is that Rudy's will be showcasing more belgian beers when they reopen on Chapel St. to match their Belgian roots.

Up in Hamden, MiKro just opened on Whitney Avenue. It's one of the original owners of Prime 16. They have 18 craft beer taps, a good bottle selection and good food. Prices are very reasonable too.

eli cannons with a batch of sweet potato fries is a sure bet(get there early, fills up quick) and I loved John Harvard's in Manchester, Food was so so, burgers were good and beer was awsome(not sure if they still have the vienna lager but it was awsome)
