I haven't heard of them, but Maltose is a large LHBS in Monroe, which isn't too far away.

I haven't hear of them either, but you could swing by their address, which is listed on the website.

Also, Maltose Express is a great LHBS store in Monroe.

I go to Maltose quite a bit. I live in New Milford. Went by the address listed and it's a drapery store... Will check into it some more.

Lost Art Home Brewing Supply is for internet orders only, but you can schedule to pick up the order at the address on the website to avoid shipping costs. I have done this with no problems.

Interesting. Didn't realize there was another CT homebrew shop.

A new one has opened up out in Clinton called Stomp N Crush.

Stomp N Crush Wine and Beer Making

I never tried them... I used to always use the 2 in the hartford county. But since I have moved to Springfield, Ma I have been using this one place 10 mins from my house... He is very affordable and is always willing to give out a taste of his latest batch of beer.

Havent tried them. If in the Hartford area, the Beer & Wine makers warehouse has a great selection.
