If you just want to sample craft beers from all over I just went to Buffalo Wild Wings and they had between 20-25 craft beers on tap in Danbury ct. I know you may be searching for ct made beers but that's the best I have.
another hit for new england brewery. also hooker brewing is good. nothing that's like really really great, but sometimes you can get some good stuff at southport brewing company. but there's not much.
The Cambridge House in Granby makes some decent brews.
Good to know about this and I heard from many friends who are living there and they always call me to visit once there and I refuse due to my tight schedules But I will make out a plan to be there.
Ten Penny Ale is brewed at the Olde Burnside Brewery in East Hartford, its pretty delicious, City Steam Naughty Nurse is one of my favorites and John Harvards has a good selection that changes from time to time
The Bru Room at Bar in New Haven is a brewpub, and their stuff is pretty good. Awesome pizza too.
There's a new place in Oxford that has opened recently, called Cavalry. Haven't tried it but I have heard its pretty good.
THOMAS HOOKER!!!!! One of the best! Unfortunately, there isn't much in CT. Look to VT, MA, and NY for good beer. The great think about CT is that Harpoon is always fresh on tap!!!!
If you are a fan of dark beers like myself ,especially Porters try the "Station Porter"
@Willimantic Brew Pub when it is pouring.On of my favorites for sure!
