Attempted Fraud @ ATT Store @ 3501 S. Padre Island Dr

Somehow my PayPal account was hacked. I am certain there are many levels to this scam. But to make a long story short someone placed an order at Target.com for about $700 worth of merchandise (XBox 360 and LCD TV). Target caught the order and cancelled it, but my PayPal account still had all sorts of changes made to it and they are holding the funds.

The attempted shipping address was -

David Bush
3501 South Padre Island Dr (which seems to be an AT&T store)

I am sure this is a fake name (surely someone isn't that damn stupid). I've filed police reports in my home town and Corpus Christi, but I would really like to get a hold of the kid. If anyone has any tips (or maybe this David Bush name is legit). His first name may actually be David since the shipping address just had his first name on the PayPal transaction.
