Mmm, Fried Texas Caviar is what I'll be ordering, along with my annual corny dog, twister potato fries and a fresh-made lemonade (preferably not fried).

Oh and can't leave out the funnel cake... I'm bound to gain 30 pounds. Oh well!

I will hopefully be there Friday as well! I'm trying to brace myself for all the fried-ness the day will hold.

The Carnies are hilarious/postal/scary as can be. One that I had never met in my life called me by name as I walked down the row of carnival games one year. I was 8 years old, so it made quite the impression!
