Those places all have good food but they are all chain restaurants, maybe an exception to La Hacienda which is part of a local family owned group (I may be wrong here), where this is about "local" spots

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is good. It's a little high, but good.

Adair's Saloon, downtown has super good burgers, and good live music.
Adairs.com
The venue is small, so go early if it's a popular band.

+1 to Adair's. Really good burgers and skin on wedge fries.

I know it's in Addisson, but I went to Sullivan's for the first time this weekend. They had some of the best food I've had in the area! It's a bit pricey, but worth it for that once in a while outting with the wife. Seafood and steak, can't go wrong!

For Spanish food Sangria or Trece they have the best guacamole! They prepare it at your table with what you want! Spivey or not! It's pricey but is worth it!!
