WOOO-HOOOO they did it!
I was at the Ballpark and it was awesome!
I think they should have allowed Nolan Ryan to take a victory lap on the last pitch

Oh my stars, indeed!
My friend who was rootin' for the Yankees just turned and walked away...
I was busy screaming my head off!
I am still hoarse.

SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ME! My best friend loves the Yankees. She would come watch the games in her Yankee jersey. Now that they are out, she is going to root for the Rangers with me. Glad she finally came to her senses!

That was a rough game, but they know what needs to be done to win now!

I couldn't watch the end of last night's game. It was too much.

'fessin up

OK, I admit it. My first baseball game was at age 10 in Yankee Stadium! It was the early 1960's (yes, I'm that old) and I saw all the greats of the dynasty; Mantle, Marris, Yogi Berra, Whitey Ford and more. It was magical. I have been a Yankee fan ever since. So here I am in Mesquite Texas rooting for who? The Texas Rangers!!!
Too bad they couldn't make a better stand against S.F., but losing the World Series means that you got to play in the WORLD SERIES! Winning is better, but just getting there means you are the best in your league.
Better luck next year Rangers!
