Senor Miguels off of Sable and Alameda has really good green chile as well. Their breakfast burritos are a regular purchase for a lot of co-workers. Each morning they have a different flavor (Bacon, chorizo, sausage, steak, potato...or something close to that).

City pub is another with some good stuff.

I haven't been there in ages, but there's a New Mexican restaurant on Colorado just north of I-25. It's a little place in a strip mall on the east side of the road. Google could probably tell me the name, but it's more fun this way.

There is another GREAT little hole on Colfax just east of wadsworth about 3-4 blocks call Marthedes? I think that's how you spell it. Its the best chile. I've had to date! But don't get the hot.

^ For that matter, Santiago's in Castle Rock - I suspect they're one and the same.
