Late to the party here but hit up Piccolo's on Monaco (just off of Hampden). Only Italian/Mexican combo I've seen. My wife and I love it and stop by frequently.

Awe man, go for Mexican food, try out Real de Minas over by the sunflower mart - SW corner of Arapahoe rd. and Parker rd. , good stuff !

Boulvard Pizza
Sure, its an extra 15 minutes to Castle Rock, but Boulvard Pizza is the best food you'll ever eat! And, its cheap!!!!

If you want fondue try the Melting Pot in Littleton, it is right off Main St and it is a neat place to stroll around before or after dinner.
