Junz in parker has some great sushi, but I still like Sushi Kazu. Kazu is great, prices reasonable and you feel like one of the family. On Arapahoe and Peoria in Centennial.

I haven't had the pho yet at pho duy but that place is really good. I usually order the 1b which is vermicelli with beef pork chicken and egg rolls... It's really good.

For Pho, I'm partial to Pho 95 on Federal and Tennessee. Their veggie broth is AMAZING. However, have not tried Pho Duy.

In terms of my favorite restaurants: Beatrice and Woodsley, Brooks Steakhouse, Il Posto, Domo, Solera, Los Carboncitos, Cebiche, The Black Pearl, Max Gill and Grill and Nona's to name a few.
