I have to commend Kid Rock for standing behind Michigan and Detroit by performing "Times Like These" at the 2010 AMAs.

We need more positive national representation like this to turn a black eye like Detroit's past leadership, which by the way will NOT go away, into a silver lining.

Kid Rock is celebrating his 40th birthday back home in the D! He's got a concert scheduled for January 15th (tomorrow!!)

I've heard all over the radio that the concert sold out quickly, but there might be some giveaways still going on.

He is also performing at Saginaw's Dow Event Center on January 21st and Grand Rapids' Van Andel Arena on the 25th.
