view alligators

We take the kids to the Fort Fischer Aquarium where they have an albino alligator. It is a wonderul place to view and interact with local wildlife for this part of North Carolina. We have a yearly pass so we go several times a month to this aquarium and the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium. They are both outstanding sites to visit.

there used to be a lot of them down around the battleship area.
We usually see a few in town creek fishing as well.
