What is there to do in the city?

Lots, Rodeo this week, horse racing, some of the best rock climbing anywhere, sail plane flying

I haven't been to one of those in years. How is it?

Man I would love to come back and visit the place I was born in. I only lived in El Paso till I was 4. Hopefully some day I can come back and visit where I'm from.

You can also go to Hueco Tanks and do some hiking there.. its nice

We have what most mid-size to large size cities do (shopping, restaurants, night-life), but it is easier to point out what we don't have. We don't have:

- No Major Sports (NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA)
*but we do have minor league and college sports
- No Big lakes
* but many lots of other outdoor possibilities
- No Single Major Attraction (like The Alamo or Disneyland)
- No Big Time Arts

If you don't mind driving for a couple of hours, there is lots of cool things to do here. I like exploring the mountains, historical sites, 4 wheeling, camping, fishing and skiing.

Theres not much to do IN the city.

Like they said though, theres lots to do AROUND the city.

We had a chance of getting a Six Flags but city council ruined that for us as well as outting only theme park to another state. The only real thing to do is eat .

There is a ton to do here you can explore the Franklin Mt. State Park, or the Rio Grande on a bike of by foot both very fun.
