Look for the job first in that "other" area or state...Get that job... Then move there.

I got a cousin up there on the Cali/Ore border, Chris, better put that one on hold.
I had heard nothing but bad about Texas all my life, then I went to visit my son there, it's was an awesome area around Austin. Better watch out, if you get out there, you may not ever want to move out, I really like that area.

One thing about Texas that concerns me is how would they treat my firearms?
Az doesn't have a registry or anything like that.
And I grew up in a cowboy family. It isn't like I don't know my way around a ranch.

I know, my wife's a Ft Worth girl, her family was there way back when. I was just joking bout the hat and ain't nothing wrong with cowboys anyways, my dad was an old AZ cowboy.
