Does anyone have an awesone cider recipe?

I love the caramel apple cider drink at starbucks, but wouldn't know where to start. For the cost of one drink, I'm sure I could make a whole batch of cider myself. Does anyone have a good caramel apple cider recipe?

Are you wanting a flavored apple juice or an actual cider, which is generally has an alcohol content by volume of around 5%?

Cider is amazingly easy to make, in fact it was for much of early American history the drink of the people.
