Tuong Ot by Huy Fong is awesome! I love the garlic! I use it with chopped raw tuna and mayonnaise as a makizushi filling - yum!

Yeah, I was trying to remember the name of that stuff. It is pretty damn good. I had to go to an asian market to get it.

We used to keep it, then I started having stomach issues, instead of stopping eating it, I just kept it up and wallowed in agony for all who would listen.

Now she won't buy it.

There is no one best hot sauce since it really depends on what you are going to use it on. To me, it has to have flavor, not just heat. If you want just heat, try Pure Cap. If you can taste it (most people can't), it is horrible as it has a burn pepper taste. One drop will take out most people, two will take out most others, but there was one person who had three drops without any issues.

Some of my favorites are:

Roadhouse Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce
Mountainman Roasted Corn, Garlic & Chipotle Sauce

Both have different purposes.

Tabasco has a purpose, but I don't think it has much flavor. Added to catsup, with black pepper, it makes a better "sauce" for fries, but I think Tapatio works better, but it is not always available.

I got it years ago from a seller at a gunshow. I am not sure of where to get it today. It comes in a glass bottle with a dropper, and contained in a plastic container. It is best to keep it cool. since you can feel the vapors when it starts to get warm. Also, it is best to wash your hand after handling it.

A quick web search shows results, such as:

Pure Cap Hot Sauce extract - 500,000 Scoville Units

It is best to used to "torture" people who are willing to try it.
