BW3's Mango Habanero Sauce is awesome on chicken wings.
I made some homemade peach preserves and added some homegrown Habaneros to it.
Surprisingly tasty!
I would rather shoot myself (in the foot) than eat a raw ghost pepper.
It wasn't raw, its was dried.
Yeah, the guy who gave it to me didn't realize I was just going to eat it, he thought I was going to cook it in something. I had thought he was kidding about how hot it was. All well, I have done it a couple more times since.
I use a lot of Santa Cruz Chili & Spice Co. "hot picante sause" from southern AZ. it's not too hot but has excellant flavor(IMO) (I buy it by the case)
If I run out of that, I use "pico pica" from CA
my favorite chilis are jalapenas or serranos. That's what I use for salsa, either or both combined. (I like to grow my own)
You guys are giving me heartburn just thinking about it. The other day I made some spaghettini a la putanesca and put a little too much Sudden Death in it. As a matter of fact, I really overdid it.

Here's a partial recipe of a hot sauce I came up with awhile back, most of my co-workers buy bottles of it from me regularly!
Green jalapenos, smoked red jalapenos, red onion, carrot, garlic, brown sugar, cayenne powder, smoked sea salt, a handful of spices, some vinegar, lemon juice, and water.
Puree everything, simmer for awhile, and you're done.
Freakin' awesome.
The baseline heat is tolerable by most folks, I crank it up with special additions for the chileheads.
