my favorite is dried pears. They're really hard to find in the store, but pretty cheap to make. To get them the same taste/texture you have to poach them in white wine, then dehydrate. Delicious!
Also-i would love a big green egg, but the price is rediculous. i plan on hitting up home depot when the spring sales start and grab a few terra cotta pots to use as a smoker/grill to go with my UDS i plan on finishing this year.
