Greek Yogurt

Ok, I hear this stuff is good for you, but the price is significantly higher than regular yogurt. Then there is another difference when choosing between organic and regular.
What is so good about greek yogurt? Can someone fill me in pleasee!

Eh, it's thicker and has a little more protein and a little less sugar/carbs than American style ... the only thing I really look for is none of that damn High Fructose Corn Syrup

I'm with you on the corn syrup but I thought Greek yogurt was made of goats milk?

I think any good quality plain yogurt is a perfect substitute for the genuine greek stuff.
But the genuine stuff does taste better.
