Thanksgiving Recipes

What's everyone doing this year?

I'm supposed to have it at my house but no one has told me if they're coming yet.

Roast a big turkey. If no one shows, you've got tons of leftovers.

Stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips, peas, carrots, sweet potato, and lots of gravy!

Go for the works!

Don't forget to save the carcass for some nice turkey soup.

Well then. It will also be my inlaws and maybe a friend of mine.

I save the turkey carcass and make soup too.

I just use whatever is left over and make Thanksgiving soup, which is far better than it sounds.

I been doing thanksgiving dinner at my place for 14 years for whole family. This year taking a break in the kitchen and have reservations with my brother and sister in law up top Squaw Valley by Lake Tahoe. Daugter and the old woman are doing thier own dinner here.

I am sad, because up here our Thanksgiving is in October, so I have no major feast days left to look forward to until Christmas.
